Queens, NY (March 21, 2021) – After midnight on Sunday, March 21, a car accident took place on a highway in Queens that led to injuries.
According to police, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of the Belt Parkway around the area of Lefferts Boulevard. Multiple vehicles collided with each other in the area, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Traffic was stopped in the area for a period of time as police cleared the scene.
