Brooklyn, NY (June 14, 2021) – At 11:30 a.m. on the morning of Monday, June 14, a car accident with injuries occurred in Brooklyn.
According to Brooklyn officials, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of the Belt Parkway around the area of Shell Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to unknown reasons. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
One lane of traffic was blocked in the area for a period of time.
