Car Accidents in New York

Car accidents are more common in New York than in many other states throughout the entire U.S. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people are seriously injured in car accidents due to the outright recklessness of others. These accidents send hundreds of people to the hospital weekly. Though many car accidents can be prevented on our roads, they continue to happen due to the recklessness of others. Many car accidents happen due to the following reasons:

  • Distracted driving
  • Drunk or drugged driving
  • Speeding
  • Falling asleep at the wheel

Many people are not prepared to face the aftermath of a car accident entirely on their own. If you have been hurt in a collision, you should have an attorney on your side who can help you move forward.
