UPS worker who fell

Settlement for a UPS worker who fell while making a delivery because of an unsteady, improperly installed stairway and sustained tears to the meniscus of the knee requiring multiple arthroscopies, injury to the elbow requiring decompressive surgery and aggravation of a prior back condition. Proof of the defective stairway was made easier because we obtained photographs of poor supporting structure right after we were retained.
